With GPS equipped golf carts, we welcome any group size of up to 140 players for one shotgun and 240 players for a double shotgun. Our staff at Tanglewood will work closely with you to ensure that every detail for your day is covered.
At Tanglewood, we offer 18-holes of golf, an array of amenities and services, and a selection of golf tournament types and formats, which make it an ideal place to host your next Golf Outing.

♦Experienced, PGA Professionals on staff and available for pre-tournament lessons, tips and golf clinics

♦Men's & Women's locker rooms to change or shower before and after your Tanglewood golf tournament (we do not supply towels)
Tournament Planning
♦Designated, professional golf staff to help you with pre-tournament planning and tournament coordination
♦An array of golf tournament formats and types to choose from including Shotgun, Modified Shotgun, Four-man Best Ball, Nassau, Callaway, and more
♦Golf tournament scoring items such as scorecards, scoresheets, rules & pairings, professional event scoring, and handicap services
Setup/Staging
♦Audiovisual equipment for guest speakers
♦Professional golf bag drop coordination and staged cart area
♦Participants names on each golf cart
Registration
♦Designated registration area including tables, chairs, and linens
Food & Beverage Services
♦Fully stocked beverage cart with an array of sodas, sport drinks, and snacks
♦Food and Beverage services include breakfast buffets, pavilion use for private parties, boxed lunches, and dinner buffets
♦Pavilion can be opened up into an outdoor setting with shelter for hot and sunny days
♦Holds 200 people and is fully equiped with a quality speaker system

Marketing
♦Assistance with signage includes: Welcome banners, sponsor and corporate signage with hole assignments, special event markers, and personalized cart signage
Registration & Deposit
♦Any group of 25 or more players will require advanced registration. A signed contract and 25% deposit (maximum $500) will be needed to secure your event date
