The occasional golf outing can serve both large and small organizations in the tasks of raising funds, boosting employee relationships and creating a relaxed environment for business networking. With a variety of services tailored to your group of any size, Tanglewood is pleased to take on all the details of your next golf outing event, including the coordination of contests, food service, sponsor signs and award ceremonies.
Food Service
Our picnic buffet is a convenient way to round out your golf outing with delicious entrees and side dishes that you select from our Gallery Grille menu. Our Food Service Manager, Melissa Eckman, will manage all catering and ensure that food service is handled efficiently so that each participant is fully satisfied. As an alternative, you are welcome to coordinate your own food service or bring in a caterer. A snack bar with limited menu is open and available all day for individual or group service.
Pavilion
Our beautiful wood structure pavilion is perfect for golf outings and group functions. With artfully finished wood seating that can accommodate 200 people, the pavilion is fully equipped with a quality speakersystem.
Awards Ceremony
The announcement of outing winners will take place in accordance with your schedule of events during the outing.
Registration and Deposit
Any group of 25 or more players will require advanceregistration. A signed contract and 25% deposit (maximum $500) will be needed to secure your event date.
